The Utah Army National Guard and Team Desert Edge have once again united forces to bring you one of the best events of the year.

BATTLEFIELD UTAH!!

With an improved format and larger more challenging field that combined will give you better more tactical play. This year there will be an exciting mix of large scale scenario play and individual/team competition.

Teams and players are encouraged to register for Team and player “Scenario Competitions” and “Special Missions”. The “Scenario Competitions” are limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
The “Scenario Competitions” will consist of Team Objective Missions and Sniper Challenge Missions.

Location: DE New World field, Eagle Mountain, Utah (CLICK FOR MAP)

Cost: $30 per player, BYOP!
Paint will be available on site for purchase.

Schedule:

Registration Opens: 8:00am

Game On: 10:00am

Lunch: 12:30 - 1:00pm

Game Ends / Awards: 3:30

The game will be capped at 250 players.

“Scenario Competitions” Explained

Team Objective Missions
Teams will be divided in to “Companies” of 20 players. Each Company will have “Objective Missions” worth points (Objective Points) for completion. Each Company will have an equal opportunity to earn equal Objective points. At the3 completion of the game all Companies Objective points will be tallied to determine the event MVT (Most Valuable Team) and receive the Battlefield Utah MVT trophy for 2008.



Sniper Challenge
Each side will be allowed 3 snipers each. The snipers must be designated before the event start. They will be given a special sniper Event packet with Mission targets, Times, Special paint and Sniper event card. Snipers will receive points based on, completion of missions and survival. The Sniper with the best points will receive the event “TOP SNIPER” trophy for 2008.



Pistol vs Pistol Face-Off
This will be the same as last year. One on one Pistol challenge with a round robin bracket battling for a $100 1st prize and Battlefield Utah “PISTOL MASTER 2008” trophy for 2008.
