The Utah Army National Guard, Team Desert Edge and Paradox Games have "linked" forces to put on the

first paintball event of this kind.

We are excited to announce for the first time ever, Camp Williams has opened their restricted training

grounds as part of their sponsorship with Desert Edge for this Huge Event.

Teams are encouraged to register and inquire about possible special missions for their teams. These

"Secial Missions" are limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

There will also be a Pistol Competition on Friday in the Urban Training Facility for $20 with HUGE Prizes.

The game will be capped at 150 players. Players are incouraged to pre-register.

Storyline:
The Spetsnaz 12th Alpha team has managed to air drop in and capture several strategic points in the struggle for control of vital resources stored at Camp Williams Utah.
Bravo company of the 256th Ranger Battalion has been dispatched to re-capture and hold the strategic points at Camp Williams Utah.

Format:
Each team will start from their respective bases and have the opportunity to take additional Flag Stations. Whomever maintains control of a flag will be able to "spawn" on that flag station. This should encourage a rolling front line of engagement.
The game will start with the Spetsnaz 12th Alpha team in control of the main bunkers and they will have a 2 min head start on the Bravo 256th Rangers. The Rangers will start in the Assault base at the bottom of the hill.
Re-insertions will be every 10 min at the nearest flag station under your teams control. Game time will be 1 Hour, with a 30 minute break in order for teams to switch sides. For the second rotation the Rangers will start in control of the main bunkers while the Spetsnaz Assualt up the hill. After a lunch break we will repeat the rotations and each team will have another chance at assaulting.

Directions
The National Guard is providing access through the main gate to Camp Williams. There will be a NG escort to guide you and your vehicle to the game location on base. The Main gate will be open at 6:00 am Saturday, this is the ONLY gate that you may Enter or Exit, go straight to the paintball area in you vehicles! This is a live and secure facility and you could be detained by Military Security if you wander around.
To get to the South gate , take I-15 to Lehi (exit 279)
Go West several miles till you get to SR 68 in Saratoga Springs.
Turn North on SR 68 and drive till you see the main gate on the east side of the road.

Tell the guard at the main gate that you are with the Battlefield Utah event.
